OUR STORY
Family-Owned Small Farm
Sustainably Raising Pastured Raised Pork

Ethical
We purchase our pigs from other local farmers when they are between 6 to 8 weeks old. Once the young pigs arrive at our farm we work hard to make sure the only bad day they have with us is the day they leave our farm. We practice regenerative farming that includes rotational grazing for the pigs. They have 6 paddocks that are a mixture of forest and pasture land. We have taken the time to setup these paddocks in a way so the moves can be stress free for the pig. We rotate the pigs every 6 to 15 days to a fresh paddock so they will have clean area with new forage. This is more labor intensive for us, but we believe it produces a much healthier, happier pig.
Healthy
Rotational grazing is one part of keeping our pigs healthy. With the rotational grazing our pigs always have fresh forage available to them throughout the 6 to 8 months they are with us. Another big part is the food we feed them. We really wanted a healthy local source of food for our pigs. After much searching we found a local Non-GMO feed supplier. There are cheaper alternatives to food out there, but we believe to get the best pork you must feed using a high quality feed.
Local
One of the goals when we started the farm was to support our local community, not only by offering great pork, but also purchasing as many inputs for our farm as we can locally. We source our young pigs from local farms that have bred extra piglets each year to sale. Our Non-GMO feed is sourced from a local farm only minutes from ours. We use the local USDA certified processing plant to get our cuts of meat to sale to you at our local farmer market, our website, or right from our farm.

100% PASTURE-RAISED & NON-GMO
Our pork is 100% pasture-raised and free from GMOs. We believe in allowing our animals to roam freely, ensuring they are raised in a stress-free environment. This dedication results in superior quality pork that you can feel good about enjoying.
